Paleo Brownies

Oh my…. brownie heaven! These are seriously out of this world. I love a fudgy brownie and even more so, I love when I don’t feel guilty eating one (or three).
Paleo Brownies |


  • 4 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbs almond butter
  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life’s mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In one bowl combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt
  3. In a separate bowl combine egg, almond butter, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract- whisk together well
  4. Combine both bowls and pour into a glass baking dish
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clear
  6. Let cool completely before cutting
  7. Store in fridge

  2. I made overnight oats with coconut milk and chia seeds, and then added in some banana and one of these brownies in the morning and it was amazing! Love your recipes Lexi 🙂
