Lamb Kebobs |


  • 1 pounds of grass-fed lamb, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Dash Himalayan sea salt
  • Dash freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp parsley 


  1. In a bowl combine oil, lemon, garlic, ground pepper, salt, onion powder, paprika, and parsley and mix well
  2. Cut meat into cubes and place into the bowl, let sit for 10 minutes, mixing every so often to blend
  3. Cut onion and peppers into 1-inch pieces
  4. Add into marinade bowl and stir
  5. On wooden skewers (or metal) alternate meat and vegetables
  6. Heat grill or grill pan and place kebobs on the grill
  7. Let cook for about 15-20 minutes (time will vary based on grill or grill pan),  flip once throughout and add any leftover marinade at that time
