Crustless Quiche

Ahhh… quiche! Delicious, protein-packed, and often with a flaky buttery crust and lots of cheese. Delicious? Ummm… Yes. Diet-friendly? Not so much. I love this healthy crustless quiche because you can completely customize it in a million different ways. This one has onion, tomato, and spinach, but how about roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and bacon? Or… Broccoli, mushrooms, and cheddar? The possibilities are endless, and always delicious. Huge plus? They are easy to throw together and great for an on-the-go healthy option!Crustless Quiche |


  • 8 organic egg whites
  • 4 organic whole eggs
  • Veggies of choice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion power
  • 1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash Original Blend
  • 1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning
  • Dash of freshly ground pepper
  • Optional: 1 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Crack all eggs into a bowl and whisk together well
  3. Add seasonings and vegetables to the egg mixture and mix well
  4. Spray your glass pie plate
  5. Pour egg veggie mixture into pie place
  6. Bake on 375 for 20 minutes or until firm

Note: You can also make this into Egg Muffin Cups
