Crustless Quiche

Ahhh… quiche! Delicious, protein-packed, and often with a flaky buttery crust and lots of cheese. Delicious? Ummm… Yes. Diet-friendly? Not so much. I love this healthy crustless quiche because you can completely customize it in a million different ways. This one has onion, tomato, and spinach, but how about roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and bacon? Or… Broccoli, mushrooms, and cheddar? The possibilities are endless, and always delicious. Huge plus? They are easy to throw together and great for an on-the-go healthy option!Crustless Quiche | Lexiscleankitchen.com
