Peaches ‘n Cream Protein Smoothie

Need a kick-start to your day? Or how about a mid-day snack? I am loving this peaches ‘n cream smoothie. Delicious, loaded with nutrients, and super creamy.

  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups frozen organic peaches
  • 1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use either grass-fed whey or vegan)
  • 1 tsp organic pure honey or raw honey (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil


  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Garnish and enjoy!
