Cinnamon Bun Banana Muffins

Does your job constantly have little baked goods around like mine does? As a teacher a ton of goodies (and not clean ones!) come in and out of my classroom daily. I have no desire to eat them anymore but my sweet tooth isn’t always as happy about my decision to decline! Some days I just cannot wait to get home to do some clean baking. I decided to adapt my Paleo Banana Muffin Recipe and create healthy cinnamon bun muffins after a student came by with some decadent-looking (and smelling) cinnabons for her birthday. Little did she know she was my inspiration for these beauties. The house smelt so good while they were in the oven and they definitely didn’t disappoint when I took a nice bite right into one!
