Homemade Spinach Basil Pesto… perfection!
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste
- Combine everything but the oil in food processor. Pulse until ground down. Add oil and pulse again.
- Store in fridge.
