Homemade Spinach Basil Pesto… perfection!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine everything but the oil in food processor. Pulse until ground down. Add oil and pulse again.
  2. Store in fridge.
